We offer many grades of stainless steel plates and sheets. Typical specifications for 304/304L plates and 316/316L stainless steel plates are ASTM A-240, ASME SA-240 and ASTM A666. Stainless steel plates and sheets have good formability and toughness, corrosion resistance and high strength properties. Stainless steel does not easily stain, corrode or rust, but is easy to clean and disinfect. A variety of surfaces are available, including mill finish and polished finish. Plate & Sheet Surface Finishes

Stainless steel plate & sheet have various finishing conditions to suit the application, there are main surface finishes below, which can be obtained by cold rolling or hot rolling producing method. Standard stainless steel sheets and plates are solid and flat with no surface texture.

1.NO.1 – Hot rolled, annealed, and descaled

2.2D – Cold rolled, dull finish

3.2B – The general-purpose, cold rolled, smooth finish

4.BA – Bright, cold rolled, highly reflective finish

5.NO.3 – Intermediate polished finish

6.NO.4 (BRUSHED)– General-purpose ground polished finish produced from 2B finish

7.NO.8 (MIRRORED) – Highly reflective ‘mirror’ finish produced from 2B finish

Special surfaces have sandblasted; snowflake sand, colored plates, titanium-plated plates, etched plates, oil-throwing hairline plates (HL, NO.4), sandblasted plate, and embossed plates.
