API 5CT P110 Casing Pipe Features

  • Any deformation of the surface of the API 5CT P110 Casing Pipe such as creases, hairlines, separations, cracks or scabs is not acceptable. All these defects should be completely removed, and the removal depth should not exceed 12.5% of the nominal wall thickness.

  • The surface of the coupling and API 5CT P110 casing thread should be smooth, without burrs, tears and other defects that affect strength and tight connection.

  • The external surface of API 5CT P110 casing joint is not allowed to deform.

  • According to SY/T6194-96, the free length range of casing is 8 to 13 meters. However, the length is not less than 6 meters, and the quantity is not more than 20%.
