• Material standard: DC01 is a cold-rolled low carbon steel sheet that complies with the European standard EN 10130-2006.

• Chemical composition: The chemical composition of DC01 includes carbon (C) ≤0.12%, manganese (Mn) ≤0.60%, sulfur (S) ≤0.045%, phosphorus (P) ≤0.045%.

• Mechanical properties: The tensile strength of DC01 material should be between 270-410MPa, the yield strength should be between 140-280MPa, and the elongation should not be less than 28%.

• Production process: Cold-rolled steel plate is made of hot-rolled coil as raw material, rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature.

• Application: Cold-rolled steel plate is widely used in automobile manufacturing, electrical products, locomotives, aviation, precision instruments, medical equipment, food cans and other fields.

• Surface treatment: The surface quality of cold-rolled steel plate is better than that of hot-rolled steel plate, and there are no common defects of hot-rolled coils, such as pit spots and hot-pressed iron oxide.

• Dimensional accuracy: The size of the cold-rolled coil product is accurate, the thickness is uniform, and the thickness difference is generally not more than 0.01-0.03mm or less, meeting the requirements of high-precision tolerances.
